# Changes to subscription plan prices

In recent months, Univer Vídeo has worked tirelessly to give you access to quality content, exclusives, early episodes of the series Reis, an updated new app on Smart TVs, the PIP feature and so many other new additions.

With great consideration and transparency, we are announcing an update to the subscription plan prices for our video streaming service, with further improvements and new features on the way.

**Starting June 22, 2024**, subscription plan prices will be adjusted to better reflect the quality of the services offered, the growing collection of exclusive content and ongoing investments in improvements to the platform.

This adjustment aims to ensure our service's long-term viability, allowing us to expand our entertainment offering and improve your experience as a subscriber.

### **New subscription plan prices**

As stated above, the new prices below will take effect on **June 22, 2024**.

**Monthly | 2 screens: R$ 27,90**  
**Annual | 4 screens: R$ 298,80**

Please note that the Family Monthly (4 screens) and Six-Month plans will be discontinued. Subscriptions will only be available in the Basic Monthly (2 screens) and Annual categories.

You will naturally have some questions, so we have compiled the most frequently asked ones, which may also be yours. Take a look:

### **I have a six-month plan. What now?**

Don't worry. Your six-month plan will continue to work normally until its expiration date. In other words, if you subscribed to the six-month plan and only 2 months have passed, it will remain active for the other 4 months you purchased.

When your plan expires and you renew, you can choose between the two options above, considering which best suits you and your family.

### **What will happen to the 4-screen monthly plan?**

This option will no longer exist. If you use the 4-screen monthly plan, at the end of the month you have already paid for, you can choose between the 2-screen monthly plan and the 4-screen annual plan. However, you will automatically be moved to the two-screen monthly plan. If you prefer the annual plan, you will need to make the change.

### **How do I get the 4-screen plan?**

It's easy! On the Univer Vídeo home page, after signing in, click the settings icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen.

Go to “plans,” click “manage” and choose “change plan.”

### **I have a monthly plan. What should I do?**

If your monthly plan includes 2 screens, nothing has changed except a small price adjustment. If your monthly plan includes 4 screens, at the end of the month you have already paid for, you can choose between the two options above, considering which best suits you and your family.
