Music has always guided moments, people, and thoughts. Its effect wherever it reaches is impossible to cancel, regardless of its intention. We saw this when Beethoven’s compositions served the Nazi regime, or when young David’s songs brought relief to the tormented King Saul’s ears.

Banda Universos takes this seriously and, since its founding in 2018, has brought messages through its songs that positively transform people’s lives and encourage good habits.

Nicole Garcez, the band’s songwriter and singer, spoke to us about this. Read on:

‘What inspires us and makes Banda Universos so special is that these are not merely songs for a playlist. Every one of our songs aims to bring listeners closer to God. That is the thought behind every lyric and melody we create. We want to give what we have to as many people as possible.’

The band’s discography includes several releases, new interpretations, and original soundtracks for films and series, including titles on our Univer Video platform.
