Based on historical events, "*O Senhor e a Serva*" will have ten compelling episodes set in cruel Rome, exploring in depth the conflicts and ambitions of its inhabitants. Among them are Messalina and Isabella.

Bearing the name of a former empress, Messalina will seem to live up to the reputation of Rome's female rulers. Played by Barbara França, a seductive manner, questionable motives and a deadly little smile are just the first things we can expect from her. But it is for the love she feels for a certain handsome man that the limits of her actions will be tested — and crossed?

The result of a dangerous mixture of fascination and passion, Isabella is full of surprises. She projects her conflicts into choices that only intensify them; their origins lie before her own birth, keeping the subject of "family baggage" constantly tied to this beautiful young woman, played by Thaís Melchior. One spoiler: she is related to someone very special, and we will already see the beginning of her story in *Paulo, o Apóstolo*.

Two women driven by their passions in a society where anything goes... what can we expect? 👀
