It is no secret that the characters in #SerieReis are not created merely to add color to a narrative or build a *plot*. They have realistic motivations and goals so that, through them, the series can illustrate conflicts, open new perspectives, create identification, and thus genuinely affect viewers.

On this subject, the general director of the series’ next — **and final** — season, Rudi Lagemann, has already revealed: *‘Season 13 delves deeper into the psychological layers of several characters. Unease, doubts, and questions become part of their routines and affect their personal relationships.’*

And when it comes to characters, everyone has a favorite and a reason for that choice. Our director is no different: ‘Several characters interest me because of their moral and ethical challenges, such as Asa, Onri, Siloé, and Hanani.’

#AEsperança premieres in February — exclusively on Univer Video.
