The website and app have been revamped, with a more modern look, an expanded free catalog, and tools that make everything easier, from finding a title to pressing play. The update is already available on phones, tablets, computers, and TVs, and existing subscribers retain Premium access at no additional cost. ## A new look for Univer Vídeo's 10th anniversary Founded in 2016, Univer Vídeo brings together over 15,000 hours of Christian, motivational, and family content, with subscribers in more than 150 countries and daily live broadcasts. To mark its first decade, the platform has gained a new interface and simpler navigation, designed to help you quickly find what you want to watch. Each production now has its own page, bringing together title information, the trailer, and options to like, rate, and share on social media. This makes it easier to learn about a series before starting it and recommend it to people you care about. ## More free content and an open catalog to explore One of the main new features is being able to explore the catalog before even registering. To watch titles in the Watch Free section, simply create a free account. The selection of free content has been expanded in this update. Access to the full catalog remains exclusive to Premium subscribers. If you want to watch everything, [see the available plans](https://www.univervideo.com/subscribe) on the subscription page. ## New player: skip intro, downloads, and vertical videos The video player has been rebuilt to make the experience smoother. Now you can: - skip the intro and go straight to the next episode; - choose the image quality and adjust playback speed to 1.5x or 2x; - see scene thumbnails when dragging the playback bar to find the part you want; - resume content where you stopped with the Continue watching feature; - download content to watch without an internet connection, provided it is available for download. On phones, there is another new feature: vertical videos, a format that lets you enjoy content without rotating your device. ## Easier to discover what to watch Besides the new look, the new Univer Vídeo brings tools to help you discover content with less effort: - **TOP 10**: shows the platform's most-watched titles; - **Title badges**: identify new series, recent episodes, and upcoming releases; - **Trailers**: let you learn about productions before watching; - **Voice search**: makes it easier to find a title without typing; - **Live broadcast notifications**: alert you when a live program begins. ## Kids Profile and parental controls For younger audiences, Kids Mode has been improved and offers a dedicated environment within the account, with child-appropriate content. To use it, subscribers create a Kids Profile on the home page. The update also introduces parental control features so families can decide what each profile may watch. If you have questions about children's features, the [Univer Vídeo Help Center](https://help.univervideo.com) has a section dedicated to Kids and family. ## Where to watch the new Univer Vídeo The updated app is available for Apple and Android devices, as well as Android TV, Google TV, Roku, and Fire TV. Roku users also gain access to live broadcasts on compatible TVs and devices. On Samsung Smart TVs, simply search for the app in the device's store: see [how to install Univer Vídeo on your Samsung TV](https://blog.univervideo.com/samsung). For LG TVs, the update is not available yet, but the official expectation is that it will arrive soon.
