To help you enjoy the new experience without any doubts, we have prepared this quick guide with everything you need to know about accessing it on your device and using your account.

## Where is the new UNIVER available today?

The transition is rolling out in a practical way so you do not miss a moment of your programming:

### 📱On phones and tablets (Android and iOS)

Open your app store (Google Play Store or App Store) and update the UNIVER Vídeo app.

### 💻On desktop and laptop computers

Simply open your usual browser and sign in with your existing login details.

### 📺On Smart TVs

If you have a Samsung TV, open the app store and update the app to see its new look. If you watch on an LG TV, you do not need to do anything right now: you can keep using your current app as usual. Our team is finishing a version tailored to LG TVs, which will be released soon.
