The film [O Testamento - Recontando as Parábolas](https://www.univervideo.com/pt/filme/o-testamento-recontando-as-parabolas/) reinterprets the tribulations and persecution suffered by the apostles as described in the Bible.

Paul has been arrested, the Fisherman has been spotted, and the early church is being raided.

Luke, Paul's traveling companion, hides from the feared Temple Guard with the first disciples, hoping to advance his research into an account of Jesus.

But Luke gets more than he bargained for when he begins hearing the great storyteller's own stories.
