*‘Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die…’* — What does this have to do with **Paulo, o Apóstolo**?

This phrase may seem shocking… and it is. But it was part of many people’s mindset in the days of the early church.

At that time, watching prisoners die in arenas as a form of entertainment was common. They were thrown to wild beasts and beaten to death — all before an applauding crowd.

The apostle Paul experienced this firsthand. And he recorded this dramatic moment in one of his letters:

*‘If, as a man, I fought wild beasts in Ephesus, what does it profit me if the dead do not rise? Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.’*
(I Corinthians 15:32)

And since **‘Paulo, o Apóstolo’** will be the series where you can follow the complete story of his life as never before, that means this moment — and many others — are already being filmed!

Paul’s courage, faith, and determination come to life, and you get a small preview:
