We know this week’s recommendation is rather unusual, but perhaps this is your chance to appreciate a little of God’s creation through a documentary full of details reflecting a unique imagination.

‘Refúgio dos Pássaros’ shows, in a very natural way, how many bird species common in Finland build their nests in trees or in places already prepared by human hands.

The many nesting species are closely observed by the camera operators and shown with their individual traits, from the graceful way they interact to the way they reproduce.

Thus, in just under an hour, ‘Refúgio dos Pássaros’ reveals and bears witness to God’s creativity in teaching countless species to interact and build their own homes amid nature.

Without a doubt, something that could only have been revealed to these little creatures in a divine and therefore almost inexplicable way.

*‘The Lord’s trees are well cared for, the cedars of Lebanon that he planted. In them the birds make their nests…’* Psalms 104:16-17
