After bringing one of the New Testament's most remarkable figures to the screen as the lead in *Paulo, o Apóstolo*, Murilo Cezar will return in 2026 as **Hosea**, the prophet whose biblical book also bears his name.

Those familiar with the story know there is a character behind all the simmering conflicts, challenges and renunciations this man will face. **Gomer** will now have the face of Letícia Laranja, the Rio de Janeiro actress making her Seriella debut in this upcoming release.

More than ten years after the worldwide success of *Os Dez Mandamentos* (2015), and also the telenovela *Apocalipse* (2017), actor Sergio Marone returns as **Amit**—and if something tells you he is coming to stir up trouble… you may be right.

With Alexandre Avancini as general director, the 35-episode plot will tell more than a romance: a story that reframes our understanding of love and forgiveness, explores hidden yet ever-present roots and motivations, brings hard-to-speak truths to light and, above all, shows how it all merely reflects something much greater.

2026 is coming to surpass 2025, and **Amor em Ruínas** will be the beginning.
