We have never been so connected and, at the same time, so isolated within our own homes by algorithms that draw parents and children towards individual screens.

As it reaches 10 years of history and surpasses 5.6 million users in more than 150 countries, the New Univer Vídeo, Latin America’s largest Christian streaming platform, has been redesigned with a clear institutional purpose: to use technology not to draw people apart, but to combat digital distance, bring families back together in the living room and strengthen homes with content that does good.

The commitment to protecting and bringing your household together is reflected in practical choices in the new version of the platform:

- A safe environment with Univer Kids: [Parental Control](https://help.univervideo.com/ajuda/criar-perfil) technology with a PIN (password) lock, restoring peace of mind for parents. Children browse only cartoons and animations that convey biblical principles and moral values.

- Democratic access with the [Free Account](https://blog.univervideo.com/como-assistir-ao-univer-video-de-graca?lang=en): Now anyone can create an account without registering a credit card and start watching a special selection of series, talks, podcasts, programmes, meetings and documentaries without paying anything.
