**UNIVER DAY** arrives with two premieres inspired by true stories that promise to hold audiences' attention: *The Post - A Guerra Secreta and Minha Amiga Palma.*

**The Post - A Guerra Secreta**

Starring **Meryl Streep** and **Tom Hanks**, *The Post - A Guerra Secreta* follows one of the most important episodes in the history of journalism.

Set in 1971 and inspired by real events, the film follows The Washington Post after it receives confidential documents revealing concealed information about the Vietnam War.

Faced with a decision that could change the country's course, **Katharine Graham (Meryl Streep)**, the first woman to lead a major American newspaper, and editor **Ben Bradlee (Tom Hanks)** must choose between giving in to government pressure and fulfilling their duty to inform the public.

That is why this is one of my recommendations to watch on Univer this *#UNIVERDAY*. 😎

**Minha Amiga Palma**

Also inspired by a true story, *Minha Amiga Palma* tells the moving story of **Palma**, a female German Shepherd left behind at the airport by her owner, who cannot obtain the correct paperwork to take her on board.

Unable to understand being abandoned, **Palma** makes the airport her home and begins greeting every plane that lands, faithfully awaiting her owner's return (and she knows exactly which plane is his 🥹).

It is there that the dog meets **Nicholas**, a 9-year-old boy who, after losing his mother, tries to reconnect with his father, an airline pilot.

Each in their own way, they both know what it is like to miss someone. And without realizing it, they find in each other the friendship they needed.🤩

And this is another title for you to watch on Univer this *#UNIVERDAY* 😎
